Private Yoga Session
Private yoga sessions are the safest way to begin exploring yoga. In a large class environment, a teacher cannot possibly see everyone all the time.
Private session are also a great idea for anyone who has been practicing for a while.
No matter what your level of experience is, private sessions will give you wonderful insight into your body. You will learn poses that your body needs at this time.
$75 for 1 hour
The session includes pictures and detailed instructions
Small Group Sessions
Bring your friends or family for a group session.
$85 for 1 hour
Yoga For Better Movement
Are you just SO tight you just don't know where to begin when it comes to yoga or stretching? Do you "know" stretching would be good for you and you just DON'T do it? If any of the above sounds like you and/or you have Arthritis, MS, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, or injuries old or new--this class could be for YOU!
Postures are done seated in a chair and standing holding on to a chair if applicable.

Spring weather really IS coming soon!
We will gently begin to prepare our bodies for this annual re-awakening. Much like preparing the soil for planting, we will acclimate our bodies for the coming months of more light, and warmth. AHHHHHH!!!!!
Using yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation, we will allow light to shine into the darkened corners of winter, making room for new seeds of rejuvenation!
Fridays 4:30-5:45~All Levels welcome!
